An order is confirmed only after we send a confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI payments. For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery. We do not store any payment details on our website.
We make every effort to display our products accurately on the website. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to display settings. All our jewellery is made from premium artificial materials and is not real gold, silver, or natural pearls unless specifically mentioned.
